Tanya.club — diaspora community around the world

The main goal of the project is to unite diasporas around the world. We are creating a platform where migrants and expats find connections, exchange experiences, receive support, and gain new opportunities in their countries of residence. The project also explores new forms of interaction between countries, including ideas of global and virtual citizenship.

The project is non-commercial. All funds are directed towards its development. As it grows, the creation of local NGOs in different countries is planned. Commercial services are outsourced to local contractors, supporting the development of communities and the local economy.

We invite active representatives (ambassadors) of local diasporas. Within the portal, they act as experts — moderating the content of their diaspora, supporting communication within the community, and helping to monetize it. There may be several experts in one city — for diasporas from different countries.

We are looking for fundraising managers. Tasks: searching for grants, preparing and submitting applications, interacting with donors, and maintaining reports. Work is possible from any country and city. Part-time employment with a transition to full-time as trust and results grow. Knowledge of English is mandatory. Experience is desirable but not required. Payment is formed from the attracted funds and includes bonuses for approved applications.

Looking for people to manage Tanya Translations' social media. The portal is multilingual, so we need hosts for different languages. We provide: brand, character, audience, and platform, and you become Tanya's ambassador in your language community. Monetization is yours.
